Working for 3 years in Cobble Hill in Brooklyn had its perks. The neighborhood was full of lovely brownstones, amazing food, and adorable shops. At the tippy top of my list of favorites is Dear Fieldbinder. Every week during my trip to the bank for work, I had to pass by this little siren, calling to me with their windows full of MinkPink, Cynthia Steffe, Charlotte Ronson, and more. More often than not, I would pop in "just to look", which usually meant that I would have to stop by my car and hide my shopping bags before returning to work. Pretty sick that I left my own clothing store for half an hour and returned with more clothes, but such is the life of a greedy girl.
The owner, Laura Fieldbinder, has an amazing eye and rarely makes a mistake with her buying. She pays attention to trends, but picks the most sophistcated and cool versions. Much to my delight, they now have an online shop! I think I would be happy with a wardrobe furnished soley by this store. Anyone wanna sponsor this?
Here are some of my picks from their spring collection:
From the top: Funktional dress, LNA t-shirt and Something Else by Natalie Wood shorts, LNA Roper dress, Vanessa Mooney African bead necklace, LNA raglan top & Something Else by Natalie Wood pants, Vanessa Mooney Pyrite necklace, J Brand Maria high-rise skinny jeans. All via Dear Fieldbinder
